Army School of Piping entrance, Edinburgh Castle

The Army School of Piping was located at Edinburgh Castle from 1919 - 1999. Each year they chose just five to ten pipers to attend the Pipe-Majors course - A nine-month residential program for potential Pipe-Majors of the Scottish Regiments. Iain completed the course in May of 1981 with a "double A" pass. [13 of 25]
